FBO Riga Gets a Boost from Satcom Direct

Through a marketing deal, the global inflight connectivity provider has sponsored the upgrade to the Latvian service provider's crew facilities

With help from Satcom Direct, FBO Riga has added more comfort and amenities to its crew rest areas.

Florida-based global satellite connectivity provider Satcom Direct has sponsored the expansion and refurbishment of the crew facilities in the executive terminal at Latvia’s FBO Riga. The upgraded lounges, which now feature SD branding and signage, includes high-speed internet, Wi-Fi-enabled color printers, a kitchenette with hot and cold refreshments, new seating and shower facilities. The areas are on the sterile side of the facility, allowing crewmembers to access them directly from the aircraft without having to pass through security.
