Signature Aviation rolled out an enhanced value version of its Tailwins by Signature crew rewards program this week at NBAA-BACE.
According to the FBO mega-chain, the revamped free program offers more ways to earn points, new redemption options, and a tiered structure that promotes customer loyalty and engagement across its worldwide network, which includes more than 200 locations.
Under the new schedule, available exclusively to eligible U.S.-based pilots, members can earn up to four times the points on jet-A purchases and up to five times on sustainable aviation fuel purchases through qualifying activities, including flying for a Signature Bravo member, using Signature Pay, or making reservations directly through the company’s website. Tailwins also offers benefits for pilots flying piston aircraft, offering 10 points for every gallon of avgas.
An updated rewards catalog features thousands of redemption options covering travel, technology, outdoor gear, charitable giving, and Signature merchandise, along with gift and prepaid cards.
As part of the new rollout, Tailwins will offer three membership tiers—Aviator, Ace, and Legend—unlocked through interaction with the service provider.
Signature Vision, a refreshed online portal, will provide an overview of member status, as well as tier progression and status benefits. Existing Tailwins members will automatically transition into the updated program with their current points balance intact, while new members can enroll online and begin earning immediately.
“Pilots are a key focus of the Signature experience, and we want to make choosing Signature more rewarding than ever,” said Signature COO Derek DeCross. “With the opportunity to earn up to five times more points, thousands of new rewards and exclusive tier benefits, we're delivering more value with every visit and recognizing the loyalty of pilots who choose Signature across our network.”
