Landmark Joins the Crowd at Teterboro Airport

Landmark Aviation announced on Thursday that it has made its entrée into one of the top business airports in the U.S. The Houston-based FBO chain, which was recently sold to previous owner the Carlyle Group, has purchased Teterboro Airport-based First Aviation Services from Goldman Sachs for approximately $100 million, according to sources familiar with the deal.

The facility, the newest on the bustling airfield, offers a 15,000-sq-ft terminal with crew lounge, snooze rooms, fitness center with showers, flight planning area, courtesy vehicles, 120,000 sq ft of hangar space and 480,000 sq ft of ramp space, as well as a 150,000-gallon capacity fuel farm. Upstairs, the facility has a NetJets owners lounge, and according to a spokesperson for the fractional provider, the location will remain as its preferred provider at Teterboro.
