NavWorx Offers Affordable ADS-B to the Experimental Set
The company's ADS600-EXP unit was specifically designed for experimental and light-sport aircraft
Aimed at the experimental and light sport aircraft market, NavWorx' offers its low-cost ADS600-EXP as a means of compliance for the FAA's 2020 ADS-B equipage mandate.

Texas-based NextGen avionics manufacturer NavWorx is highlighting its low-cost ADS600-EXP ADS-B solution by giving away five of the units at EAA’s AirVenture, one on each day of the show. Intended for experimental and light sport aircraft, the remotelymounted device features internal WAAS GPS and delivers ADS-B traffic and weather to a variety of displays via Wi-Fi or RS-232.

Based on the company’s certified and 2020 compliant ADS600-B universal access transceiver, the ADS600-EXP, which retails for $1,399, provides ADS-B out and in, and according to the manufacturer it is the most affordable ADS-B solution available. Its compatibility with any existing Mode-C or Mode-S transponders and antennas will allow for additional savings on installation of the unit, NavWorks stated.

Visitors to the company’s booth (4055) in Hangar D are invited to participate in the daily prize drawings each evening at closing of the exhibit halls. Winners need not be present.
