GMSTEK Rolls Out New Fuel Order Processing App

Designed to dovetail with the company's X-1FBO management platform, the new fuel order processing app aims to eliminate errors and speed transactions

Industry IT and software provider GMSTEK has launched a fuel order application that will integrate with its X-1FBO management and payment processing system. Known as SinglePoint Fuel App, it can work with refuelers with mechanical meters or integrate directly into a truck’s electronic fuel-metering system to eliminate handwritten fuel tickets. For customers of the cloud-based, mobile and desktop-enabled X-1 system, fuel orders are dispatched directly to the tanker through SinglePoint. According to the company, the new system will provide an extra layer of security by segregating orders by fuel type, ensuring that jet-A orders will never be sent to an avgas truck. The app also does all of the mathematical processing for the fueler.
