Retired FAA Exec Gilligan Wins Barbour Air Safety Award

Presented annually by the LTB Air Safety Foundation, the LTB award honors pioneers in advancing flight safety.

Long-time FAA executive Margaret “Peggy” Gilligan is the 2017 recipient of the Laura Taber Barbour (LTB) Air Safety Award, the LTB Air Safety Foundation's Award Board announced at the recent Flight Safety Foundation International Air Safety Summit. Presented annually, the LTB award honors pioneers in advancing flight safety.
