We visit Garmin’s hangars in Gardner, Kansas, at New Century AirCenter. This is where Garmin flies and certifies new avionics and aircraft. We take a tour of Garmin’s flight test hangars and go for a flight in a Cessna Citation CJ2, equipped with an entirely new avionics suite, observing how FAA Data Comm works in the air.
