ACI World Urges ICAO To Develop Supersonic Standards
In seeking standards, ACI World is concerned that supersonic aircraft may reach the market before key noise and emissions issues are addressed.

ACI World worries that reintroduction may occur as early as 2023, but manufacturers have yet to furnish evidence that the new supersonic aircraft will meet ICAO standards in place for subsonic aircraft.
