Hillsboro Aviation Set for Major Expansion

The Oregon-based company is about to embark on an upgrade to its headquarters

Oregon-based helicopter operator, FBO and maintenance provider Hillsboro Aviation has announced expansion plans including a new corporate headquarters and hangar at its base at Portland-Hillsboro Airport. Set to begin this summer, the 425,000-sq-ft construction project, which will accommodate the company’s growing business sectors, is expect to be completed next year.

“Our new facility reflects our position as a complete helicopter and airplane service operator and will fulfill any of our customers' needs from aircraft and parts sales to overhaul services and international shipping logistics,” said Max Lyons, Hillsboro’s owner and president and vice chairman of HAI.
