Arinc Direct, the recently formed business aviation unit of Annapolis, Md.-based Arinc, announced it is teaming with Shadin and AeroMech to offer a package of RVSM avionics and approval documentation for 500-series Citations. The avionics include a Shadin instrument cluster designed for the Citation, an Arinc installation kit and the STCs needed to bring 500-series Citation airframes into compliance with RVSM rules. The companies plan to begin offering the package next month at “an attractive price point,” according to a press release.
