Raisbeck Engineering received approval of an mtow increase, to 10,350 pounds, for King Air C90s and C90Bs that have been modified with four-blade Hartzell/Raisbeck Quiet Turbofan Propellers. The modification also improves runway distance takeoff performance, according to the Seattle company. Besides the new propellers, Raisbeck’s $61,950 C90 performance-enhancing package includes dual aft body strakes and wing lockers.
