Indiana-based Aviation Service Providers Join Forces
Indiana-based aviation services providers Jet Access and Eagle Creek Aviation have agreed to merge.
After the merger between Jet Access and fellow Indiana-based aviation services provider Eagle Creek Aviation, the two companies are still determining whether Eagle Creek's FBO at Indianapolis-area Eagle Creek Airpark (KEYE), and its two First Wing Jet Centers at nearby Indianapolis Executive and Frankfort Municipal airports will join the 7 FBOs already under the Jet Access brand. Indiana-based aviation services providers Jet Access and Eagle Creek Aviation have agreed to merge. Whether Eagle Creek’s First Wing Charter will retain its name is still under discussion. The merger will give Jet Access more than 50 jets under management, making it the 12th-largest Part 135 operator in the U.S.
