NetJets Aviation leveraged NBAA-BACE’s Las Vegas venue to unveil its latest private facility yesterday at nearby Harry Reid International Airport (KLAS).

The city represents one of the top destinations for NetJets fleet owners. Since 2022, its flight activity to Las Vegas has risen by nearly 45%, with approximately 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. That has continued into this year, with demand up nearly 30% year over year.

Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the complex is the first new-build project developed jointly between the two companies, bringing together Signature’s operational FBO expertise with NetJets’ understanding of fleet owner expectations. It is also the largest among NetJets' dedicated terminals. The company declined to disclose the cost of the investment.

“Together with NetJets, we are proud to open a luxury facility that reflects the future of private aviation, focused on seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience,” said Signature CEO Tony Lefebvre. “Las Vegas continues to be one of the premier destinations for private aviation travelers, and this dedicated facility with NetJets highlights our shared commitment to delivering premium hospitality, privacy, and efficiency for our guests during every stage of their journey.”

The KLAS facility—which is expected to begin operations next Monday—features a 17,069-sq-ft terminal for the exclusive use of NetJets customers, with a large double-height waiting area with glass walls providing a panoramic view of the ramp and runway. Amenities include a refreshment bar, a private lounge, a six-seat A/V-equipped conference room/private dining room, and a dedicated family room. A 2,500 sq ft full catering kitchen to be operated by a third-party vendor is still being outfitted. On the back side of the facilty, there is a service provisioning office as well as a pilot lounge and offices.

On-site NetJets service representatives will provide day-of-travel customer support and hospitality, while a direct-air operations area gate allows fractional aircraft owners rampside vehicle access.

Built on the Signature leasehold, the complex also features two hangars, one 40,000 sq ft reserved solely for NetJets fleet maintenance operations, and the other 25,000 sq ft hangar operated by sister company Executive Jet Management serving both fleets. Outside, it offers 250,000 sq ft of dedicated ramp space that can hold up to 25 aircraft. Signature will provide the aircraft ground handling for the facility, with its employees stationed in the line shack at the NetJets terminal.

The Las Vegas location will also serve as a service and maintenance hub for the company, operating 24/7/365, enabling it to perform proactive maintenance on its jet fleet, as well as detailing and provisioning, to help reduce operational downtime. At the media tour and ribbon cutting on Monday, the company said it normally has 6-to-8 aircraft undergoing maintenance at KLAS at any given time.

“We invest where our owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel. Las Vegas' position as a global destination for premier sporting events, world-class entertainment, and luxury hospitality drives significant surges in owner travel throughout the year,” said NetJets president Patrick Gallagher. “NetJets owners increasingly seek effortless access to these experiences, and the new facility ensures they receive the personalized, anticipatory service that defines travel with NetJets.”
