Greek CAA Issues New Charter Requirement
Operators of aircraft up to 19 seats must now apply for an annual TCO license.

Greece’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) introduced a new rule late last month requiring charter flights on non EU-registered aircraft with up to 19 seats to apply for an annual TCO license with its Air Operations Directorate before operating to and from the country. According to Flight Service Bureau (FSB), this requirement is in addition to having to obtain the standard landing permit, as well as the TCO approval from EASA.
