Erickson Hires Former IAP Chief as New CEO

Doug Kitani succeeds Andrew Mills, who stepped into the role on an acting basis in May following the company's bankruptcy exit.

Erickson Incorporated appointed Doug Kitani, a seasoned government services executive, to serve as CEO and director, filling on a permanent basis a role that had been held by acting CEO Andrew Mills. Mills, who will continue to serve in an executive capacity for Erickson, took over as acting CEO in May after the company emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection under new ownership, and after former president and CEO Jeff Roberts resigned.
