Bell 412EP, Santa Cruz, Peru, March 11, 2008–The Evergreen Helicopters Bell 412 was destroyed and 10 people, including the U.S. ATP-rated pilot, the Peruvian provisional copilot and eight miners, were killed when it crashed in remote mountains at 3,500 feet asl. Meteorological conditions were unknown.
