U.S. Congress Passes FAA Extension

This extension will give the House and Senate time to reach agreement on a long-term FAA reauthorization bill.

NBAA, GAMA and other aviation groups welcomed U.S. congressional passage of H.R.4741, a bill that extends current FAA programs and funding through July 15. The House of Representatives passed the legislation yesterday, while the Senate cleared the bill on Thursday. This extension will give the House and Senate time to reach agreement on a long-term FAA reauthorization bill.
