Levo, Portside Offer Flight Quotes for Avianis Operators
AI-powered integration expedites quoting for Avianis operators

Software specialist Levo announced its latest collaboration, integrating Portside’s Avianis flight scheduling and charter management solution. It said the combination will allow Avianis operators to connect to Levo’s platform to enable its AI-powered sales workflow, shared inbox, scheduling system, and more.

“The Avianis platform helps aircraft management companies and charter operators streamline their workflows by bringing leading marketplace tools directly into their daily operations,” Portside chief product officer David Kim said.

As part of Levo's Flight Leads platform, a self-updating list displays new requests with the desired itinerary, aircraft, estimated price, and type of client.

“Charter sales teams aren’t short on requests. They’re short on a way to tell, quickly, which ones are worth their time and what the right number is,” Levo president and CEO Joe Moeggenberg explained. “Connecting to Avianis means our AI is matching against the operator’s own fleet and pulling the price from their own system, not something we guessed at. Their rules, their rates, their aircraft. We just put it in front of the right person faster.”

According to the company, pricing estimates are generated using the operator’s custom configuration in Avianis. Once matched, the request arrives with legs, fees, and taxes applied. The quote is then assembled, and cannot be sent until the operator reviews and approves. Once the final quote is sent to the client, it includes a link that allows the client to directly confirm the details.

“Every operator we talk to is worried about the same thing, that software is going to start sending quotes on their behalf,” Janine Jamison, Levo VP of growth and product strategy said. “Nothing leaves Levo without someone on the operator’s team reviewing it and sending it. Brokers and sales teams stay in the flow. The work gets faster; the judgement stays where it belongs.”
