The European Business Aviation Association said the exhibition hall for the new EBAA Week event it is staging in Brussels next month is filling up fast. Today, the organization confirmed Gama Aviation as a sponsor and exhibitor, with the International Business Aviation Council committing to joining the array of industry groups that will populate the November 16 to 18 show’s Association Hub.
Bombardier is the most high-profile business aircraft manufacturer to so far book exhibit space in the Skyhall venue at Brussels Airport, and Dassault Aviation and Textron Aviation are now confirmed as sponsors. Other new exhibitor bookings include AviaVIP, CAE, Jet Aviation, JSSI, Stellair, Osprey Flight Solutions, MedAire, and UAS International Trip Support.
The event starts with Flight Dispatcher Day on November 16, which will be held at Eurocontrol headquarters for operations professionals. On the second day, the event moves to the nearby Skyhall venue at Brussels Airport, with a program split between the AirOps program for schedulers and dispatchers, the Business Aviation Safety and Innovation Conference (BASIC), and the European Business Aviation Summit (EBAS).
According to Brussels-based EBAA, the lineup for the exhibition element of the new-format event represents a broad cross-section of the industry, with operational and flight planning support companies prominent. Other sectors present include sustainability specialists, technology innovators, medical assistance providers, and aircraft service groups.
The Association Hub has been established to make it easier for attendees to connect with national associations closer to their home base. In addition to groups from France, Ireland, and Italy, the Spanish Business Aviation Association has now confirmed its participation.
Alongside a keynote speech by EBAA CEO Stefan Benz, the agenda covers topics including EASA’s new Part-IS rules on cybersecurity, maintenance technician licensing, geopolitical risks, and ground operations.
Other confirmed sessions include expert presentations on what the ReFuelEU Aviation and European Union Emissions Trading System mean for business aviation. There will also be updates on passenger information requirements, flight time limitations, and safety intelligence.
As a media partner for EBAA Week, AIN will provide full coverage of the conference program.
