Rolland Vincent Associates’ inaugural RVA Summit continues to pick up momentum as the event—scheduled for February 15 to 16 at the historic Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.—lines up speakers, sponsors, and a growing number of attendees. The two-day event will precede the General Aviation Manufacturers Association’s (GAMA) annual State of the Industry gathering.

Led by Rolland Vincent, RVA had staged a summit in tandem with former partner JetNet for the past 15 years. But with the end of that partnership this year, the 2027 event will mark the first time the firm hosts the summit solely under its purview. Vincent was enthusiastic about the early plans, saying the summit is shaping up to be one of RVA’s strongest yet, with most of the speakers confirmed and the agenda set. “I am proud of what we’ve built,” he said.

With the summit leading into the annual GAMA event, it is drawing several OEM chiefs as speakers, along with other leaders in the business aviation supply chain, who will engage in conversations about their business and the industry. They include Gulfstream president Mark Burns, Embraer Executive Jets president and CEO Michael Amalfitano, and Dassault Falcon Jet CEO Thierry Betbeze.

These one-on-one conversations will be sprinkled throughout a packed agenda that will delve into new technologies and services; assumptions shaping the future of business aviation; advocacy updates; aircraft transaction trends; business aviation growth markets; compelling investment opportunities; Wall Street analysis; and potential risks. As in past years, Vincent will present the RVA insights and outlook on the state of the market and delivery forecast.

Held in the Grand Ballroom at the Mayflower, the summit will also mark the legacy of aviation. The Grand Ballroom was the site where the National Geographic Society awarded Charles Lindbergh the Hubbard Medal in 1927, the year he completed the first solo, nonstop transatlantic flight from New York to Paris. The summit, which comes a few months ahead of the 100th anniversary of that event, will also recognize the centennial of Textron Aviation’s Cessna brand.
