Canadian Business Aviation Salaries Show Upward Trend

Canadian business aviation salaries are rose between 10% and 22% in the past two years, according to a Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) survey being formally released this week at the group's annual convention. Ninety business aviation companies in Canada participated in the 2024 survey; the last such CBAA survey was conducted in 2022.

According to the results, flight crew salaries increased between 12% and 22%, while management salaries increased 10% to 12% during the two-year period, depending on industry. Meanwhile, administration and sales salaries remained flat.
