Opul Acquires Charter and Maintenance Provider Zenith

Zenith operates three Learjets and has a maintenance operation at London Biggin Hill Airport

Aircraft management and charter group Opul Jets has acquired UK operator Zenith Aviation, which has three jets on its UK air operator certificate (AOC) and a Part 145 maintenance facility at its London Biggin Hill Airport headquarters. UK-based Opul Jets announced the acquisition on Monday, three weeks after acquiring another Biggin Hill-based aircraft management and sales group, Wallcourt Aviation.

Zenith currently operates a Bombardier Learjet 45 and a pair of Learjet 75s, all of which are available for charter under its AOC. Its maintenance facility provides support for multiple Bombardier business aircraft, including Challenger and Global models, as well as for Textron’s Cessna 560, 525, and 680 jet families.
