Cessna Citation Longitude Enters Service

Textron Aviation has begun deliveries of its super-midsize twinjet following FAA type certification on Sept. 21.

Super midsize jet operations experienced an "astonishing" 475.6 percent jump in Europe in April when compared with the 2020 returns that suffered from a wave of lockdowns, Argus reported.

Textron Aviation’s new Cessna Citation Longitude has entered service following first deliveries of the super-midsize jet, the Wichita-based airframer announced today. The clean-sheet twinjet, the largest of the Citation lineup, received its FAA type certification on September 21.
