Latvia-based Flight Consulting Group (FCG) is on hand this week at EBACE to showcase its new products. Among them is the FCG OPS expanded ground handling network for business aviation flights. The network includes 34 airports in the Baltic States, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and the CIS. All services are provided by experienced and certified ramp agents in accordance with the company’s procedures, coordinated through its 24/7 Riga headquarters, where it has operated an FBO since 2015. Earlier this year, the company established a crew lounge at Tallinn Airport and plans to add two more at other locations later this year.
“At FCG, we do not just provide ground handling services and briefings for crews, but bring our new concept that that has proven itself in Riga to the new markets,” said Leonid Gorodnitsky, co-owner of the company. “Our customers see the true value of the boutique services at FBO Riga Business Aviation Center, and this high-quality service standard expands over all the companies and business lines of FCG. We are excited to introduce EBACE attendees to the portfolio of our services that help our customers enhance business efficiency and provide consistently high-quality services to their clients.”
In addition to ground handling, FCG (Booth K107) also provides flight planning and support, private flight management, and aviation consulting. The company, which has attended EBACE since 2012, has also developed FCG ATOM, an end-to-end software solution for the operational control center, the FBO, and end customers.
