European Commission OKs NetJets’ Pilot Rostering Scheme
Pilots are allowed duty period up to 70 hours in any seven consecutive days.

Portugal-based NetJets Transportes Aéreos received the official go-ahead from the European Commission to deviate from EU-wide rules and schedule a duty time for its pilots of up to 70 hours in any seven consecutive days. EU rules on the harmonization of technical requirements and administrative procedures for air operations across the bloc set a cumulative limit of 60 hours duty limit for crew in any seven consecutive days.
