Executive AirShare Ups the Ante for New-hire Pilots
Salary increases and better scheduling are lures for the best and the brightest at customer service

Kansas-based Executive AirShare wants to hire 25 pilots in the next six months, and it is sweetening its offer with higher salaries. Pilot-in-command and second-in-command candidates can expect salaries 18 to 30 percent higher than it currently offers, according to the company. They can also expect a more favorable eight-on/six-off schedule cycle. “We’re not immune to the pilot shortage that permeates the entire aviation industry, said Executive AirShare COO Harry Mitchel.
