Eastern European ground services provider Euro Jet has kicked off its 10th anniversary celebration this week at NBAA’S Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference in Long Beach, California. Since its founding in 2008, the company has experienced growth in the number of flights handled every year, supported by a growing staff in its Prague-based operations control center and teams in more than 30 countries that were part of the former Soviet “Eastern Bloc.”

 


“We have great partnerships with local airports throughout our core locations, which allows us to really get things done quickly and efficiently,” said CEO Charlie Bodnar. “Over the past 10 years, we have become a one-stop shop for many private companies looking for the right partner in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.”

 


Euro Jet operates an FBO Prague’s&nbsp;Vaclav Havel Airport, which includes two crew lounges and a hangar capable of storing multiple heavy jets. It also has crew lounges at a further six airports in the region, in addition to offering flight planning and expedited permitting services. Euro Jet participates in the NATA Safety 1st training program.﻿&nbsp;

 


During the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which is hosted by Russia in 11 different locations, Euro Jet will offer business aviation support, working with partners at each destination, along with its own representatives on the ground, to provide service during what is expected to be a challenging event.

 


The company has also introduced a new hotel booking project aimed directly at the fluctuating schedules of private aviation. It can, at no additional charge, secure customer hotel rooms using already discounted rates and prior preferences made by the customer.
