StandardAero Business Aviation's Houston facility recently completed the first installation of an Alto Aviation Cadence Switch System (CSS) cabin management/inflight entertainment (CMS/IFE) control interface on a Dassault Falcon 900EX, StandardAero said.

 


"Our customer wanted a new CMS/IFE system solution that would be simple and cost-effective and we were pleased to be the first MRO to offer this enhancement for a Falcon 900EX," said Don Milum,&nbsp;StandardAero Business Aviation director of technical sales. "The Alto solution was the perfect fit for as the system was straightforward and simple to install, with switches fitting into existing cut-outs for very effective system integration."

 


The installation was done along with a 3C airframe inspection and several other enhancements, including avionics upgrades to meet upcoming mandates, CMS/IFE upgrades&nbsp;and Gogo ATG 4G provisioning.

 


StandardAero (Booth C8121) offers similar installation capabilities at its three other business aviation MRO facilities, in Augusta, Georgia; Springfield, Illinois; and Los Angeles.
