Gulfstream Looks to the Past as it Prepares for the Future

Having launched four new aircraft over the past decade, the airframer is highlighting the G500 and G600 at EBACE.

One of Gulfstream’s G500 prototypes taxies to the static display area before the start of EBACE 2017. The new long-range, large-cabin business jet is powered by a pair of Pratt & Whitney Canada PW814GA turbofans with more than 15,000 pounds of thrust each and set a city-pair record on its flight from the U.S. Gulfstream expects certificatioon and initial deliveries later in 2017. At EBACE 2017 Gulfstream officials looked back on the company's accomplishments over the past decade, with the launch of four new aircraft, including the G650/G650ER; the super-midsize G280; the G500, which is making its debut this year at EBACE, and the G600, which is expected to enter service in 2018.
