Global aviation fuel provider Avfuel has added several FBOs to its U.S. network, most notably the Castle & Cooke Aviation chain with its three locations in Honolulu; Everett, Washington; and its recently expanded location at Los Angeles-area Van Nuys Airport. “Our goal is to grow and strengthen the Avfuel network,” said Mark Haynes, vice president of sales for the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company. “That means not just increasing the number of locations, but adding quality locations.”
