Gama Aviation To Expand Facilities at Sharjah
Project will entail 108,000 sq ft in new facilities and 226,000 sq ft of apron and aircraft parking space.

Gama Aviation received approval for a 350,000-sq-ft expansion project at Sharjah International Airport in the UAE, following the addition of ramp space in August to accommodate more large-cabin business jets. The project, green-lighted this week by Sheikh Sultan III bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, ruler of Sharjah, is designed to help meet the needs of the Middle East business aviation market, which is projected to grow by 7 percent annually over the next decade.
