NoCal FBOs Get Lift from Super Bowl 50 Traffic
FBOs in the San Francisco bay area and beyond saw an influx of private aviation traffic, all heading towards this year's NFL championship game.

The Denver Broncos weren’t the only winners in Sunday’s Super Bowl 50. FBOs from as far away as Las Vegas (LAS), reported the customary high numbers of business aircraft operations over the big weekend. Kaiser Air at Oakland International (OAK) had 250 airplanes on the ramp, reported Otto Wright, the facility's general manager. “It wasn’t as big a turnout as we expected, but it never is,” he told AIN. “The good news is we did not need any of our contingency plans.”
