Signature Flight Support Finalizes Landmark FBO Deal

The move signals the end of one of the major aviation service provider chains

The now-former Landmark Aviation facility at Westchester County Airport is one of six at U.S. airports at which Signature Flight Support will be required to divest as a condition for Department of Justice approval of the Landmark Aviation purchase. Landmark and Signature controlled four of the five FBOs at the metro New York gateway.

Signature Flight Support parent company BBA Aviation completed its acquisition of rival FBO chain Landmark Aviation on Friday, some four months after the deal was announced. The $2.065 billion purchase includes Landmark’s 68 FBOs in North America and Europe and its MRO business.
