VistaJet has expanded its fleet portfolio in the U.S. with the addition of the Bombardier Challenger 350. The 350 joins VistaJet’s U.S.-registered Global 5000s that are managed and operated by Jet Aviation Flight Services. The global services provider, which plans to add up to 10 Challenger 350s to its U.S. fleet over the next two years, is launching a multi-city static tour next month to market the newest offering. The tour will stop in New York, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco between May 11 and 16.
VistaJet, which recently retired its last Learjet and moved to an all-Challenger and Global fleet, initially ordered 20 Challenger 350s in June 2013. The company already had introduced the model to its European fleet and also was introducing it to Asia. VistaJet also is in the final stages of launching its China-based service, having recently obtained its air operator certificate there.
The Challenger 350s are among 10 aircraft that VistaJet took delivery of in the first quarter of the year.
