Aerox Demonstrates New Medevac Oxygen Systems
Remote High-flow Regulator for medevac operations and Personal Emergency Oxygen System are among products on display at Heli-Expo.

Aerox Aviation Oxygen Systems of Limington, Maine is showcasing here at Heli-Expo its latest innovations in oxygen-delivery systems and technologies. Featured is Aerox’s new Remote High Flow Regulator, designed for use with composite fiber-wrapped cylinders specifically for the requirements of medevac helicopter operators. Actuated from the cockpit, the regulator provides regulated oxygen pressure to pilots, passengers, fill access port and high-pressure contents gauge line ports. The pressure can be pre-set (fixed flow) or manually adjusted.

Also on display in Orlando this week is Aerox’s portable prO2 Personal Emergency Oxygen System, providing take-anywhere convenience and safety at a reasonable cost. The system is designed to deliver 17 minutes of oxygen based on a cabin pressure of 25,000 feet, sufficient to descend to an altitude where supplementary oxygen isn’t needed.
