Safety and Automation Forum Scheduled

Forum will investigate both the current and future challenges to improving safety through the use of automation.

The Flight Safety Foundation, Eurocontrol and the European Regions Airline Association will be hosting an operational safety forum in Brussels on June 2 and 3 focused on automation. The forum will explore how the industry can balance the current safety benefits of automation with the challenges those technologies have created and will create in the future. Operators and air navigation service providers will also share automation and safety best practices.
