Aerovale Begins Construction of Aero Community

With construction already under way on the new Aerovale aeronautical community in Caçapava, about 65 miles northeast of São Paulo, Brazil, CEO Rogério Penido made a visit to Miami in September for a series of meetings with local business aviation executives and aircraft owners in an effort to attract support and investors in the project.

Aerovale is planned as a residential, aeronautical, industrial and commercial complex with a 7,815-foot runway, 120 private lots for aircraft owners’ residences and hangars with direct access to the runway, and 181 industrial and commercial plots. Among the services and conveniences anticipated are restaurants, hotels and banks.
