Sino Swearingen appointed Air Touring, based at London Biggin Hill Airport, as the authorized representative for SJ30-2 business jet sales and service in the UK and Northern Ireland. Air Touring will take delivery of six SJ30-2s between 2004 and 2006. Sino Swearingen, with headquarters in San Antonio and manufacturing facilities in Martinsburg, W.Va., expects to start delivering SJ30-2 business jets next year.
