Schedulers and dispatchers typically spend much of the day communicating with a variety of people at different locations– pilots, passengers, limo drivers, FBOs, caterers–with regard to any particular flight. Dawson likes Microsoft Outlook Express as the foundation of an e-mail program, and the first step is to create an e-mail group, clicking on the button labeled “addresses.”
