Icare Selects Exail Simulator for A320 Pilot Training

Icare chose the EASA FTD2/FNPT II simulator to train A320 pilots and complement its future full-flight simulator

Icare, the training center for French regional airline BritAir, has selected Exail’s EASA-approved FTD2/FNPT II simulator for training its customers’ A320 pilots. The simulator will be delivered and receive its certification in July.

“This flight simulator is the turnkey solution we’ve been looking for in order to deliver our customers the high-quality training they deserve in terms of type rating, multi-crew coordination, and recurrent training,” explained Phillipe Goetz, CEO of Icare. “It will be a perfect complement to our future Level D full-flight simulator, which is due to be certified before year-end.”
