Norwegian’s Talks To Spin Off Leasing Arm Include Airbus

Plans call for Norwegian Air Shuttle to form a leasing joint venture with a “very strong” Asian company.

Plans by Norwegian Air Shuttle (NAS) to spin off its Irish leasing arm, Arctic Aviation Assets, now include Airbus, as the Toulouse-based aircraft manufacturer takes part in talks to form a joint venture between the lessor and an unnamed Asian company.
