Piaggio Aerospace Realigns Organizational Structure

Four Piaggio Aerospace executives have taken on new positions as part of the restructuring.

Piaggio Aerospace set up a new organizational structure “based on four main pillars,” all reporting to CEO Carlo Logli and each managed by a “highly experienced” C-level executive. COO Eligio Trombetta is focused on the aircraft and engines units, which includes the new Avanti Evo turboprop twin that entered service in April.

Piaggio Aerospace set up a new organizational structure “based on four main pillars,” all reporting to CEO Carlo Logli and each managed by a “highly experienced” C-level executive. While the announcement was made last week, it was not made at EBACE because the Italian aircraft manufacturer did not exhibit at the European business aviation show despite the fact that its new Avanti Evo is certified and entered service last month.
