Archer Confirms Miami Mobility Plans, Recruits Uber Elevate Pioneers
The eVTOL aircraft developer says urban air mobility services are set to launch in the South Florida city in 2024 with flights priced at rates comparable to those for ridesharing car service.
On March 1, Miami mayor Francis Suarez (second from right) met with Archer Aviation co-founder Adam Goldstein and Brett Adcock (first and second from left), and former Uber Elevate executive Nikhil Goel (right) to discuss plans for urban air mobility services. (Photo: Mayor Francis Suarez)
