<p>Commercial air passenger user fees charged by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol increase from $7.20 to $7.39 per passenger for arrivals beginning on Oct. 1, 2025. The air passenger inspection user fee applies to all commercial air carriers, including part 135 on-demand operators, and must be remitted quarterly. Exemptions apply only to passengers arriving from U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.</p>
