<p>In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the FAA invites public comments about its intention to request Office of Management and Budget approval for restarting an information collection process. The collection involves the filing of a complaint with the FAA alleging a violation of any requirement, rule, regulation, or order issued under certain statutes within the jurisdiction of the FAA. The agency will use the information collected to determine if the alleged violation warrants investigation and/or certificate action. Comments on the request are due Sept.16, 2025. This collection had been approved in February 2022, but was discontinued in February 2025 for an “internal agency review.”</p>
