<p>U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is increasing immigration-related fees, effective Sept. 30, 2025. The fees for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) nearly doubles from $21 to $40: with $17 for travel promotion, $10 for operations, $13 to the Treasury general fund fee. Also starting Sept. 30, an enrollment fee of $30 is being introduced for the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS), which applies to Chinese nationals with a 10-year U.S. B1, B2, or B1/B2 visa.</p>
