<p>On Jan. 20, 2025, Nav Canada initiated a national aeronautical study to assess the potential impact of service interruptions resulting from the Time in Position Fatigue Limit and to seek comments. The study is specifically addressing the required Time in Position breaks and how the mitigations associated with these breaks affect users and stakeholders during overnight shifts. Nav Canada emphasized that the outcome of the study could lead to proposals for rule changes as soon as July 2025. Comments on the study are due by March 24, 2025.</p>
