<p>Nav Canada, the country’s provider of air traffic control, is proposing to amend civil air navigation services in the vicinity of Toronto Pearson and Toronto Billy Bishop airports. The changes include modifying the northern boundary of the Toronto Billy Bishop Airport control zone to exclude the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center Heliport; altering the Toronto terminal control area in the vicinity of the former Downsview and Buttonville airports; and recommending modification of the Toronto Billy Bishop Airport and Don Valley&nbsp;VFR terminal procedures charts.</p>
