Ahead of the start of the 2018 Farnborough Airshow, the Antonov An-178 is in the air validating its flying display routine for the show officials. The medium-sized multipurpose transporter can carry troops and hardware just about anywhere, landing on short and unprepared airfields with payloads of up to 18 metric tons. The twinjet is the latest addition to Antonov’s An-148/158 family.
