Crewchief, Trade-A-Plane Provide Online Logbook Access

Aircraft buyers can use the system to view maintenance documents before proceeding with the purchase

Aircraft buyers who want to take the next step to evaluate a potential purchase can now access Crewchief Intelligence when viewing a for-sale listing on the Trade-A-Plane platform. Visitors to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh can view a demonstration of Crewchief Intelligence at the company’s exhibit.

Crewchief Intelligence consolidates all of the aircraft’s digital records, including airframe, engine, and component maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance history. Having all of this information in one easy-to-access location “streamlines the pre-purchase process, thereby increasing the value of the seller’s listing and giving both parties greater peace of mind throughout the sales process,” according to Crewchief Systems.
